The City of Montrose seeks a self driven and motivated individual to join our Building Services Team. Under supervision, inspects buildings and issues permits. Recommends changes to codes, attends meetings, hearings and presents views on inspections. Provides enforcement pertaining to building codes, municipal codes and zoning.
