Now Hiring: Resident Manager – Senior Living Community in Montrose

Retirement Housing Foundation is seeking a full-time Resident Manager for Anciano Towers, a senior living community in Montrose, CO. This live-on-site position includes a 1-bedroom apartment. Responsibilities include property operations, leasing, resident relations, team oversight, budgeting, and maintaining a welcoming community environment.

Qualified candidates should have 1+ years of property management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in property management software. Senior housing experience preferred.

Pay: $25-29/hour + benefits including health insurance, PTO, retirement plan, and housing.
