Senior Pastor, Trinity Reformed Presbyterian Church – Montrose, CO: Lead worship with Session; preach with urgency; guide spiritual growth; visit members incl. ill/prospects; provide crisis/hospital care; foster fellowship; offer counseling; lead evangelism efforts; develop edu/training across ages; teach scripture, theology, & church history; oversee admin tasks, delegate & support staff/vols. Requires M.Div from NAPARC; five years experience as an Intern or Pastor of NAPARC church, ability to translate biblical texts; thorough knowledge of Westminster Confession of Faith, Heidelberg Catechism, and Cannons of Dort; demonstrated proficiency in preaching, teaching, counseling, presuppositional Apologetics, Church History, and Book of the Church Order (Presbyterian Church of America). $81,264.00/yr. Benefits: retirement contribution of $7,000, reimbursed expenses of $530, insurance of $79.40, SECA assistance of $3,000, vacation time (4 weeks per year), study leave (2 weeks per year), and option to redirect base salary to housing allowance if desired by employee.
